The Consultant Workstation was due for a redesign, and I used that opportunity to build a customizable dashboard for Scentsy Consultants rather than a like-for-like refresh. The UX team worked closely with Product Managers to uncover the business tools Consultants actually used most, while also looking into tools that could make them more successful, surfacing the right information at-a-glance instead of burying it behind reports and menus.
Rather than a single fixed layout for every Consultant, the dashboard was built around widgets: modular blocks a Consultant could arrange around the metrics and tools most relevant to how they run their business.
